Operational Control Centre staff use communications, information systems, maps and video surveillance systems available to them to assess the situation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"grid\">\n<div class=\"card blue\">\n<h3>What is the purpose of Operational Control Centre?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>receive and record reports of incidents;<\/li>\n<li>dispatches response teams and monitors their arrival;<\/li>\n<li>collects and analyzes information about the operational situation;<\/li>\n<li>use video surveillance to identify and evaluate events;<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and provides records in the prescribed manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"card green\">\n<h3>How Operational Control Centre and Object Cameras are Connected<\/h3>\n<p>Cameras of a school, shopping center, residential complex or other facility can transmit coordinated video streams to a video monitoring system. Operators receive the image from selected cameras and can use it to monitor the situation and respond to incidents.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the local system of the object continues to perform its own tasks: recording the archive, viewing by security and controlling the territory.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"card amber\">\n<h3>Operational Control Center is not just a DVR<\/h3>\n<p>Video surveillance is just one of the center\u2019s tools. Operational Control Centre brings together employees, communications, information systems and operational management procedures. The very presence of cameras does not mean automatic connection: the base, list of cameras, transmission format, communication channel, access and acceptance procedure are specified according to the requirements of the authorized party and the technical specifications of a specific site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"teal-title\">Operational Control Centre and NSVM: What\u2019s the difference?<\/h2>\n<p>The Operational Control Centre is a police unit. <strong>NSVM (National Video Monitoring System)<\/strong> It is a system that combines video surveillance and access to video according to established rules. The practical steps below help organize the work; the specific addressees and deadlines are taken from the current procedure and the documents received.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Check the base.<\/strong> Determine the status of the object, the applicable instruction and the content of the notification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Request technical specifications.<\/strong> Transmit information about the system and communication channel to the operator in accordance with the established procedure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conduct an examination.<\/strong> Compare the existing equipment with the TU, determine the necessary changes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare the system.<\/strong> Set up cameras, recorder, channel, archive and power supply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pass a compliance check.<\/strong> Provide the system for inspection by the operator procedure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organize the transfer and execute the act.<\/strong> After permission to verify the receipt of the video by the receiving party and document the connection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"source\">Order of connection: <a href=\"https:\/\/old.adilet.zan.kz\/rus\/docs\/V2000021693\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rules of NSWM<\/a>.
